Zhao Liang, Senior Engineer. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Dalian University of Technology in 2010 and completed his Ph.D. in Applied Chemistry at Dalian University of Technology in 2016. He began his career as an engineer at Dalian University of Technology in 2016 and was promoted to Senior Engineer in 2021. He has served as the principal investigator for projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, including the Youth Fund. Zhao Liang's research focuses on the field of molecular spintronics and nanoscale molecular magnets. His work primarily involves the construction and characterization of light-controlled molecular nanomagnets. He has published over 30 papers, including 4 research papers as the first author or corresponding author in journals such as Nature Chemistry, Dalton Transactions, and Inorganic Chemistry Communications. Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Director at the Analytical Testing Center of the School of Chemical Engineering at Dalian University of Technology. In this role, he is responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of several large-scale analytical instruments, including X-ray single-crystal diffractometers, X-ray powder diffractometers, scanning electron microscopes, transmission electron microscopes, and comprehensive physical property measurement instruments. In 2023, he was awarded the First Prize in Science and Technology by the China Association for Instrumental Analysis (CAIA), where he was recognized as the fifth contributor.
